Josue Garza

Josue Garza graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.  While at UTSA, Josue also attended the Institute for Law and Public Affairs and was awarded a Certificate in Legal Reasoning.

After college, Josue attended law school at the St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.  In 2011, Josue graduated from St. Mary’s University summa cum laude and in the top 2% of his law class.  While in law school, Josue completed a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Emilio Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Upon completing law school, Josue became a felony prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.  Josue tried numerous jury trials and was promoted to the rank of “Chief Prosecutor,” where he was placed in charge of teaching other prosecutors trial strategy.

Since 2014, Josue’s practice has been focused on fighting for Texas workers who have been injured on the job or who have been wrongfully terminated.  Josue specializes in non-subscriber work injury cases, third party work injury cases and workers' compensation retaliation cases. 

As a work injury attorney, Josue has handled thousands of cases, and he has won awards against some of the largest companies in the country.
